Statistics favour the Broncos with a 56% win rate against the Warriors and a home game advantage for their semi-final clash.

The last time the Broncos met the Warriors, round 13, they won 26-22.

Broncos Coach Kevin Walters said it wasn’t an easy victory that could have gone either way.

“It’s a tight competition … and you have to be up there every week, or you will get beaten,” he said.

The Broncos claimed second spot on the NRL ladder leading up to this year’s finals.

They last held this position in 2015 when they battled their way to the finals against the Cowboys, losing 16-17 in golden point.
