We are delighted to have successfully organised our first Women’s Network Employee Resource Group event in Eagle Farm QLD; Dandenong, Braeside and Smeaton in VIC; Wangara WA and Auckland NZ where we proudly announced our Women’s Ambassador Program. We are thrilled to share that we have a total 11 ambassadors across Australia/New Zealand, in addition to 12 committee members and 8 volunteers.
This event marked an important milestone for us as we continue to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. We are committed to empowering women within our organisation and providing them with the necessary support and resources to thrive. Our Women’s Ambassadors play a crucial role in championing gender equality and promoting the professional development of women across all levels of our company.
In addition to our Women’s Ambassadors, we are proud to have a dedicated committee that is actively working towards creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for all employees. Their efforts have already yielded positive results, such as the establishment of the wellness room, which provides a peaceful space for our team members and a private, comfortable area for our nursing parents.
Moving forward, we are excited to build upon these achievements and continue to drive positive change within our organisation. We firmly believe that by fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, we can unlock the full potential of our workforce and create a more vibrant and innovative workplace.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who attended our first Women’s ERG event and contributed to its success. Together, we are making significant strides toward a more equitable and empowering future for all.
